Also convicted of assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty at West View Road on 23/11/2013. To pay compensation of £150. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs of £150. Also convicted of intentionally obstructing a constable in the exercise of his powers at Sterte Road on 23/11/2013. In total, a community order was made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.The defendant to be under curfew for 3 months with the offender to remain at Sterte Road, Poole between the hours of 20.00 and 06.00 daily. Defendant to be electronically monitored to ensure compliance with the curfew. To carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
