A SERVICE to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the outbreak of World War Two will take place at the Priory in Christchurch on Wednesday, September 3.
It will begin at 11am and will remember those who gave their life in service from Christchurch.
The Priory, pictured, has supported a number of commemorative events this year.
A Tribute to the Fallen took place at Christchurch Quay in July. It included musical performance by military bands and a drumhead service led by Reverend Richard Partridge, assistant curate at the Priory.
The event remembered servicemen and women from both World Wars as well as more current conflicts.
