Admitted driving a Volkswagen van, Reg No HG60 YUR, on Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on 03/03/2014 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Also admitted using a mobile phone whilst driving the above vehicle on that date. Also admitted driving the above vehicle without third party insurance. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next twelve months. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Licence endorsed.

OLIVER TOBIAS SMITH aged 30 of Edward Road, Christchurch. Admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by East Dorset Magistrates’ Court by failing to report as directed. Suspended sentence varied. Committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months. Also to have treatment for alcohol dependency for seven months.
