Admitted sending by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on 04/04/2014 at Poole. Conditional discharge of 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Costs £85.

RICHARD GREGORY COOPER aged 30 of Bournemouth Road, Poole. Admitted driving a Toyota Index, Reg No VU02 UGM, on Durley Road with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £260. To pay victim surcharge of £26. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To be reduced by 129 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

MARK KYPRIANOU aged 53 of Parr Street, Poole. Convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes Car, Reg No X932 NBV, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months from 21/02/2014. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

CHERYL LYN LOUISE BAILEY aged 44 of Prospect Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole. Admitted possession of a craft knife with a retractable blade on 20/06/2014 at Wareham. Also admitted breach of a restraining order, when on 14/03/2014 she was at Rempstone Road, Merley, Wimborne, which she was prohibited from doing. Also convicted of making a phone call, sending a letter and having contact with persons which she was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by East Dorset Magistrates’ court on September 17, 2012. Committed to prison for twelve weeks forthwith concurrent, 10 weeks of which suspended for 12 months.
