Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Licence endorsed.

PAUL WILLIAM HAROLD TULLY aged 39 of no fixed abode. Admitted breach of an anti-social behaviour order, when on 08/07/2014 at the Dolphin Centre, Poole was found drunk in a public place. Also admitted driving the above vehicle without third party insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £200. To pay compensation of £300. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. To be reduced by 152 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Licence endorsed.
