Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 08/04/2014 at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court. Fined £100. To pay victim surcharge of £20.

ROBERT LEE KEARLEY aged 24 of Sunningdale Crescent, Bournemouth. Admitted possession of herbal cannabis, a Class B drug on 30 July 2014 at Bournemouth. Also convicted of possession of six grammes of cocaine, a Class A drug on 15/06/2013 at Chaseside, Bournemouth. Also convicted of possession of 60 grammes of herbal cannabis a Class B drug on 15/06/2013 at Chaseside, Bournemouth. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of ten weeks suspended for 12 months imposed by East Dorset Magistrates’ Court on 16/07/2014 implemented. Offence so serious because disregard of court orders, offence committed two weeks after suspended sentence imposed.

JOSEPH THOMAS ABBERLEY aged 20 of Farmhouse Meadow, Witney, Oxfordshire. Admitted possession of two Bowie style knives and nine throwing knives at Lower Gardens, Bournemouth on 25/06/2014. Also admitted possession of two sets of nunchaku on 25/06/2014 at Lower Gardens, Bournemouth. Conditional discharge of two years. To pay victim surcharge of £15.Costs £50.

STEPHEN KEITH DUNCAN aged 39 of Alumhurst Road, Bournemouth. Admitted using threatening/abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause two persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on 24/09/2013 at Bournemouth. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for two years. To pay total compensation of £100.

PAUL ROBERT ELSEY aged 40 of Shelbourne Road, Bournemouth. Admitted stealing 52 cartons of milk, valued at £13, belonging to St Clements and St Johns Infant School. Conditional discharge of 12 months. To pay compensation of £13.

Admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra, Reg No VE06 VEB, on Ashley Road, Bournemouth with 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To be reduced by 129 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

Also admitted on 27/5/14 at Bournemouth, stole a bottle of wine, value £8.49 belonging to Marks & Spencer. Also admitted on 7/7/14 at Christchurch stole four fillet streaks, value £46.92 belonging to Waitrose. Also admitted on 17/6/14 at Christchurch stole two leg joints and two bottles of wine, value £39.34 belonging to Co-Operative Retail Store. Also admitted on 4/7/14 at Westbourne, stole wine to the value £8 belonging to Marks & Spencer. Committed to prison, overall length of sentence 16 weeks. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at East Dorset Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceeding. No separate penalty. Also admitted at Swanage, using threatening and abusive behaviour. No separate penalty.

KIM TOBIAS MORGAN aged 36 of no fixed abode. Admitted being drunk and disorderly at Holdenhurst Road. Fined £50. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly at Southcote Road. Fined £50. Also admitted commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months imposed on 18/10/13 for an offence assault by beating. No action taken on breach.

DANIEL LEE BARROW aged 29 of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth. Admitted at Meyrick Park Golf Club attempted to steal a pedal cycle. Community order made. The defendant required to participate in Education, Training and Employment for 19 days and attend appointments at such times and places as required. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to order or conditional discharge for 36 months for an offence of burglary. No adjudication, dealt with for original offence. Also convicted of original offence in respect of which a conditional discharge was made: Entered as a trespasser Dorset Lodge, Suffolk Road, Bournemouth and stole a safe containing cash to the value of £135.66.
