Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

IAN McENROE aged 50 of No Fixed Abode. Admitted fraud in that he dishonestly stated that his mother had cut her hand on an item inside the packaging of items brought from the store, intending to make a gain, namely £174.98, for himself at Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch on 01/03/2014. Also admitted committing fraud by falsely stating that his daughter had cut her finger on a piece of metal on a wine box, at Sainsburys, Bournemouth Road, Poole on 16/03/2014, intending to make a gain, namely £220, for himself. Also admitted fraud in that he dishonestly stated that he received an electric shock from a lamp purchased at a store in High Street, Christchurch on 25/04/2014., intending to make a gain of £209 for himself. Committed to prison for four months forthwith concurrent.
