FIREFIGHTERS were scrambled to Bear Cross this morning after a fire broke out at a pub.
At 8.29am fire crews were called to The Bear Cross.
A spokesman from Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said one crew from Ferndown and another from Redhill arrived at the scene and found a fire located in the ground floor extension of the building.
Fire crews wore breathing apparatus and extinguished the fire using hose reel jets.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
