SAMUEL LAWRENCE BURROWS aged 23 of Sixpenny Close, Poole. Admitted assaulting a woman by beating her. Restraining order made. The defendant requited to participate in Building Better Relationships for 29 days and attend appointments with a responsible officer at such times and places as required. Also to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months. Costs of £85. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of the above person, namely text, phoned and sent messages on Facebook as well attend her work. To pay compensation of £200.

MICHAEL MORRIS aged 49 of Haymoor Road, Poole. Admitted criminal damage to a property at Poole by damaging a window to the value of £204.99. To pay compensation of £204.99. Also admits driving a Chevrolet Aveo at Woodpecker Drive with 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 28 months. Disqualification to be reduced by 213 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Licence endorsed. Also admits being in possession of a kitchen knife in a public place. Also admits damage to a property at Sycamore Close, Poole. Community order made for above offences.
