DANIEL RAYMOND MELLETT aged 36 of HMP Winchester. Admitted that during the month of March 2014 at Bournemouth stole a black Arnova 101 G4 tablet computer to the value of £90. Discharged conditionally for three years. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Also pleaded not guilty but found guilty that between 14th and 17th April 2014 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another person, namely made unwanted contact by telephone and text messages and also accessed her private Facebook account and changed her password. Discharged as above. Restraining order made.

ADAM DANIEL ARCHER aged 34 of Harewood Gardens, Bournemouth. Admitted that on 7/6/14 at Bournemouth entered as a trespasser BB’s Coffee Shop, The Sovereign Centre and stole a key, confectionary and condiments of a value unknown. To pay compensation of £330. Also admitted on 7/6/14 entered The Garden Cafe, the Sovereign Centre and stole a cash till and the contents of the float, value unknown. To pay compensation of £140. Also admitted on 7/6/14 attempted to enter a building, namely CEX Unit 13, The Sovereign Centre with intent to steal. Also admitted on 7/6/14 assaulted a constable in the execution of their duty. Community order made for the above offences. The defendant required to have treatment for drug dependency as a non resident patient for six months and attend appointments with a responsible office at such times and places as required.

LOUISE REBECCA CHILCOTT aged 47 of Kingfisher Close, Bournemouth. Admitted on 23rd March at Bournemouth, assaulting a women by beating her. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks.
