EXTRA charges for using cashless car parking in Bournemouth will be waived throughout August to attract more people to the town.

Bemrose Mobile, the company behind Phone and Pay parking, will not apply transaction charges or SMS service charges for a month.

The initiative follows a successful campaign at Christmas, where fees were waived to spread a little festive cheer.

Motorists can register their vehicles and use “Phone and Pay” by visiting phoneandpay.co.uk, or calling 01202 804444.

Just seen their website,(using the above link) NO mention what so ever about extra charges/fees for using the service. How can BBC allow these people to operate in such a devious manner?
What happened to TRANSPARENCY?
