MICHAEL JOHN ROGER DARCY aged 30. Admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Also admitted criminal damage to a wing mirror at Heath Avenue, Poole. Community order made. Defendant to be under curfew for two months and be electronically tagged. Victim surcharge £60. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months. To be reduced by 273 days if defendant completes a course approved by the secretary of state.

MARTIN KEITH STEPHENS aged 35 of HMP Chanings Wood. Admitted assault by beating at Tesco, Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth. Committed to prison for two months.

KIM TREVILLION age 42 of Seagrim Road Bournemouth admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Also admitted being the driver of a black Peugeot 206 and failing to stop after an accident with a Mercedes in Charmisnter Road. Also admitted failing to report the accident. Fined £100, victim surcharge £20, to pay costs £50. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months. To be reduced by 273 days if defendant completes a course approved by the secretary of state.

SEAN JOSEPH ALGAR aged 26 of no fixed abode admitted. Begging in public at Hawkwood Road, Bournemouth. Fined £50, victim surcharge £20.

GREGORY MARTIN SMITH-LAURE aged 32 of McClean Road Bournemouth. Convicted in absence of driving a Nissan Almera on Kinson Road without insurance. Also convicted of failing to give a name and address and produce insurance for examination. Also admitted resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fined a total of £150, victim surcharge £20, to pay costs £100. Licence endorsed with six points.

THOMAS ADAM BARRY aged 22 of Malmesbury Park Road Bournemouth, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely a Cube Attention mountain bike. Community order made to participate in Thinking Skills programme for 19 days and attend appointments as directed. To carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation of £500, costs £85.

RYAN JAMES DUNCAN aged 20 of Westbury Road Bournemouth, admitted use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Committed to detention for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £80, costs £85.

EVALDS LAPINS aged 47 of Canterbury Road Kent, admitted theft of razors valued at £8.59 from Superdrug, Christchurch Road, valued at £8.59. Fined £50, victim surcharge £20, to pay costs £85.

ABDUL AZIZ CHOON aged 35 of St Swithuns Road, Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A – cocaine at Bonsai Lounge, Exeter Road. Fined £50, victim surcharge £20, to pay costs £35.
