BOURNEMOUTH-based engineering consultancy and recruitment company KDC Group is exhibiting at the Farnborough International Airshow.

The biennial show, which runs from July 14-20, is one of the world’s largest exhibitions and air shows.

The 2012 event saw more than 1,500 exhibiting companies, 107,000 trade visitors and more than 72bn US dollars in confirmed orders or commitments.

KDC provides engineering services to high technology industry sectors, especially aerospace, defence and space. Through its project division, and in association with partner company Ferchau Engineering, it provides technical support and project management of civil and military projects.

It will be joining forces with ADS – the trade organisation representing the aerospace, defence, security and space industries – and will be based in its UK Pavilion at Farnborough. The company will demonstrate its new recruitment website as well as showcasing its expertise.

Chief executive Peter Burden said: “Farnborough is always one of the exhibitions we look forward to, as it presents a great opportunity to meet clients and develop strategic relationships.”
