A CHARITY that was set up by the mum of a Bournemouth man who was stabbed to death is holding a free workshop.
Turn Your Back UK was set up by Jane Ormerod, of Southbourne, in 2013 after her son, Nic, was stabbed to death in Boscombe in 2011.
Since the tragedy, Jane has set out to educate people about knife crime.
On November 20, TYBUK is holding an event at the Business and Conference Centre, Bovington Park, Bovington, near Wareham.
It will give an introduction to the charity and also hear from both a victim of knife crime and an offender.
After a break, a group of young people will give an introduction to an educational package being developed by TYBUK.
To attend, email tybuk@live.com
Note: since publication in the printed edition of the Daily Echo today, the date of this workshop has been changed to November 20.
