A BUSINESS commun-ications company is in the middle of a recruitment drive which has seen five hirings.

Bistech, based in Victoria Road, Ferndown, has an average length of service of nine years and offers a number of trainee roles for graduate calibre candidates.

Lawrence Goodhand-Tait, trainee helpdesk engineer, said; “It’s great to work at a company with so much innovative technology. It was genuinely a very exciting moment when I was offered the role.”

Bistech recently extended its headquarters to provide more space and an open plan look for new recruits.

Marketing commun-ications specialist Sally Bailey said: “The new building is very impressive. The offices have a really modern feel, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment which is great to work in.”

The company was started in 1988 by entrepreneurial engineer Mike Hancock and provides business technologies to help customers cost-effectively achieve goals and objectives.
