A BROKEN down lorry is causing queues through Christchurch this morning.

The 'very long' articulated lorry has broken down near the railway bridge at the junction with Stour Road.

Police are on the scene and a spokesperson said there is a road closure on at Bargates.

They were called at 9.15am this morning to the north side of the road.
