A WOMAN was rushed to hospital today after her car ploughed into a wall.
The casualty was cut out of the BMW by two Dorset Fire and Rescue Service crews following the crash.
The single vehicle collision took place close to the Shah of Persia junction in Longfleet Road, Poole, at around 12.30pm.
A spokesperson from Dorset Police said: “Officers were called to assist the ambulance service with a collision involving one car.
“It appears that we are looking to investigate further at this time. The casualty suffered slight injuries.”
Hydraulic cutting equipment was used to rescue the woman, firefighters said.
