A carer has appealed to the conscience of a thief who stole her bike as she visited elderly and disabled clients in Bournemouth.
Anna Trethewey, who works for Pramacare, was on a call in Cardigan Road in Winton when her bright blue, racing-style bike was taken from outside the property on Sunday afternoon.
The 57-year-old victim told the Daily Echo: “I need my bike to get to homes around the Bournemouth area so I am hoping to prick the conscience of the person who took it and hopefully get it back.”
The bike, which has very thin wheels and was bought from On Yer Bike in Bournemouth, was taken between 3.45pm and 4.15pm.
Anyone with information is urged to call Dorset Police on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
