DRIVERS are facing delays after an accident on a major Hampshire road this morning.
The crash left a white Renault Megane on its roof in the central reservation of the A31 in the New Forest.
Motorists are being held up for at least 20 minutes by the smash on the eastbound carriageway between Picket Post and Stoney Cross.
One lane was closed in both directions as the emergency services cleared a fuel leak from the road.
All lanes have since been re-opened but traffic remains slow.
South Central Ambulance Service confirmed two patients were treated at the scene for minor injuries and taken to Southampton General Hospital as a precaution.
Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle attended.
Queues of vehicles are stretching back more than three miles to Ringwood.
