A WORKMAN who exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl has been handed a two-year community supervision order.
Marc Simon Foot had pleaded guilty to intentionally exposing himself while driving past his teenage victim three times in his van in Swanage High Street on April 9. He was caught after she reported his registration number to police.
At an earlier hearing, the court heard how Foot reacted with shock when told the girl’s age by police, as he had thought she was older.
The 26-year-old, from Britannia Drive, Beggarwood, Basingstoke, works for a firm specialising in historical restorations, and was based at Corfe Castle at the time.
Bournemouth magistrates yesterday ordered Foot to undergo a sex offender treatment assessment, to sign the sex offenders register for five years and to pay a £100 fine, £85 court costs and the victim surcharge of £60.
