A FIRE crew rubbed coconut oil on a dog's head to release it from a gate in Bournemouth last night.
The Redhill Park crew attended the scene in Talbot Woods at 10.36pm following reports of a dog with its head stuck in a metal gate.
A spokesperson for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews rubbed coconut oil on the dog's head to assist in its removal from the gate. The dog was not injured.”
