An elderly woman seriously injured during a collision with a tipper lorry in Swanage is still recovering in hospital, Dorset Police say.

Paramedics and police were called to the incident on Kings Road East, close to Swanage Conservative Club, last Thursday morning.

The Swanage woman, in her 80s, was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital with arm and hip injuries.

Witnesses and anyone with information should contact Dorset Police on 101.
