Car caught fire following three vehicle crash in Winton
A CAR caught fire following a three vehicle collision in Winton yesterday evening.
Firefighters were called to the crash on Vicarage Road at 9.13pm following reports that one car was on fire.
A spokesman from Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said: “The car fire was extinguished by the police using a dry powder extinguisher prior to the arrival of the service.
"Crews then liaised with the police on scene and made the vehicles safe.”
