STAFF at a Dorset leisure centre are leading healthier lives after taking part in a Shape Up Challenge.
Employees at Oxley Sports Centre, in Sherborne, together lost 52kg and a total of 152cm over a 12-week period, after focusing on their diet and physical activity.
Members received gold stars on the score board each time they went to the gym, took part in a class or activity or swam in the pool and prizes were given out when stars were achieved which included personal training sessions, a month's free membership, guest passes and Coffee Pod vouchers.
Duty manager Natasha Williams said: “We're so pleased with the results of this year's Shape Up Challenge. The members have done incredibly well and we hope this will spur them on to keep those inches off and maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
