POLICE and fire crews are at the scene of a crash on the Upton Bypass this afternoon.

A caravan has overturned on the busy road, leading to traffic problems along the route.

However, a spokesperson from Dorset Police said no one was hurt in the accident.

Motorosits have reported long queues on the westbound carriageway towards Bere Regis as a result of the incident.

The spokesperson said at 4.30pm: "A caravan has overturned, but the road itself isn't blocked.

"Traffic can pass with care, and the fire brigade is at the scene to help turn the caravan the right way up again.

"There's a temporary closure on the A350 at the Bakers Arms Roundabout, but a recovery vehicle will shortly arrive and it shouldn't be too long until everything is moving again."
