PAUL WILLIAMM HAROLD TULLY aged 38 of Sea View Road, Poole. Admitted two counts of a breach of an anti-social behaviour order by being drunk and disorderly at Parkstone Road, Poole and West Street, Blandford. Also admitted the theft of a 10 pack of Strongbow cider to the value of £8 belonging to Spar Stores, Blandford. Also admitted a further breach of an anti-social behaviour order by using threatening and abusive words while drunk at Poole Hospital. Community order made. The defendant required to participate in the Education Training and Employment requirement for 15 days and Building Skills for Recovery Programme for 19 days. To pay compensation of £2.50.
