A Poole road was partially blocked following a two-car crash at 7.40am.

Emergency services attended the collision at Arrowsmith Road, near Gravel Hill and the vehicles were recovered.

There are not believed to be any injuries.

The crash caused long delays both ways on Gravel Hill, as well as westbound on the A31 towards Merley.

Anyone else that saw this crash will be wondering how two cars can crash on a road, where at 07:40 traffic moves slowly anyway, on a completely straight road and hundreds of yards from the arrowsmith road junction.

Not really... driving standards are shocking around here.

No doubt they were probably preoccupied with something else other than driving the vehicle they are in charge of... you know, the massive piece of metal which can kill someone.
