Motorists warned of delays as temporary traffic lights return to Gravel Hill

First published in News by

FURTHER ground movement where a major water leak was repaired last week have resulted in temporary traffic signals being installed again on Gravel Hill, Poole.

This is likely to again lead to traffic congestion on the busy A349 between Poole and Wimborne.

Traffic controls will enable Sembcorp Bournemouth Water engineers to investigate the repair at the junction with Merley Park Road.

Borough of Poole has warned that the work will continue through tonight’s rush hour and is advising motorists to avoid the area if possible.
