A BOAT was towed into Christchurch Harbour after suffering engine failure near to Hengistbury Head.
Mudeford RNLI Inshore Lifeboat responded to a 999 call made by a person on board the boat at around 7.38pm on Tuesday.
The 14ft boat had been drifting with two adults and a child on board.
After reaching Christchurch Harbour, those on board the boat were then given safety advice by Southbourne Coastguard Rescue Officers
