“After the formal identification today, I can now confirm that the victim is a 25-year-old Kuwaiti national by the name of Mashael Albasman. She came to the UK to study in November last year.”

A 58-year-old man who is living in Bournemouth has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is still helping detectives with their enquires.
