STAFF at a recruitment company have been turned into animated characters for their own promotional film.

Bournemouth-based LoveLove Films was hired to create the film for TeamJobs.

TeamJobs was so impressed that it decided to adapt its whole branding to fit the film’s style.

LoveLove Films visualised the company’s specialist recruitment areas – including commercial, industrial, driving, technical, engineering and catering jobs – and also turned staff members into animated figures.

A competition was also run for some of TeamJobs’ clients to feature in the film.

Jason Gault, head of TeamJobs, which is based in Bournemouth and Poole, said: “LoveLove Films really opened my eyes into the possibilities of how I could market TeamJobs.

“Since commissioning them to make the animation, they’ve shown me just how much more effectively I can promote my company. “The finished animation is incredible, and has already led to exciting new developments.”

After deciding to adapt its branding, TeamJobs brought in web design company This Is Crowd to bring its website into line with the tone of the film.

Jamie Sergeant of This Is Crowd said: “Crowd are proud to have worked with LoveLove Films and TeamJobs to produce a mobile friendly website that is built with a responsive design, with mobile traffic growing at a rapid rate.

“The site design is consistent with the new look and feel developed in the animation and helps deliver the agency with personality messaging.”

The film will be used on the company’s website, in meetings with new contacts and at conventions and exhibitions. Its visual style will also be used on company cars and at the offices.

LoveLove Films specialises in TV ads, promotional and corporate media, viral videos, animation, motion graphics and music videos.
