RUSH-hour drivers faced thick fog this morning as well as an accident at a busy roundabout.
Dorset and the New Forest woke up to fog for the second day in a row.
Dorset Fire and Rescue took to Twitter to urge drivers to switch on their lights.
An accident at the Merley roundabout blocked the A341 in both directions at its junction with the A31, but was cleared by around 8am.
Wightlink services from Lymington to Yarmouth have also been suspended.
A Met Office yellow warning for fog is in place until 11am this morning.
Temperatures over the weekend are set to reach 13 degrees on Saturday with sunny intervals while Sunday will see unbroken sunshine with temperatures hitting 14 degrees.
This time last year Dorset shivered as temperatures plummeted to minus 2 degrees, feeling more like minus 9 degrees due to icy winds.
