Great to see a local company doing so well, I wish more companies put effort into how their staff are treated. I worked for multi-million pound corporate that made so much profit on the back of its people and still treated them like a number, making excuse upon excuse, to not give any bonuses or pay rises year after year. Well done 4Com for treating your staff well, any jobs going!
