A MAN shook a teenager girl violently after losing his temper on his birthday.

Maciej Krzysztof Bryk, pictured, of Holdenhurst Road, grabbed the child on January 25 after drinking throughout the day with friends.

The girl, who cannot be named, escaped serious harm during the incident after Bryk’s friends made him leave her alone.

Nicola Reece, prosecuting, said the defendant had lashed out on two occasions after a weekend of drinking.

“He grabbed her wrists and began to shake her,” she said.

Another teenager, who was with the victim at the time, called the police following the assaults.

Bryk pleaded guilty to a single count of assault by beating at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

He hung his head as an interpreter relayed the court proceedings to him.

The 36-year-old will be sentenced at the court on March 19 at 10am following the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

We wouldn't be allowed to - European Human Rights laws

( just for once I'd love to see a Barrister argue that people like this aren't human and so the HRA doesn't apply )

Looks like UKIP are going to win a LOT of votes

This guy is Polish and doesn't speak a word of English according to the article. I wouldn't be surprised if he was on benefits too if he can't speak our language. Either way, what an unpleasant chap. It is ridiculous that we can't stop people like this from coming to live in England in the same way that he would have been rejected if applying to live in Australia. He is a bad apple. There are plenty of nice Polish people here who work hard and contribute and who show people respect. This chap is not one of them!!

Pre sentencing = deportation that's my answer, any followers on this ? If we could get to 100thumbs up then maybe just maybe the judge will think likewise.

I have polish neighbours and workmates, and they are hard working decent people, this man is the exception rather than the rule.
He gives his countrymen a bad name and fuels xenophobia with his actions.
Totally agree with this post.
