A MAN shook a teenager girl violently after losing his temper on his birthday.
Maciej Krzysztof Bryk, pictured, of Holdenhurst Road, grabbed the child on January 25 after drinking throughout the day with friends.
The girl, who cannot be named, escaped serious harm during the incident after Bryk’s friends made him leave her alone.
Nicola Reece, prosecuting, said the defendant had lashed out on two occasions after a weekend of drinking.
“He grabbed her wrists and began to shake her,” she said.
Another teenager, who was with the victim at the time, called the police following the assaults.
Bryk pleaded guilty to a single count of assault by beating at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
He hung his head as an interpreter relayed the court proceedings to him.
The 36-year-old will be sentenced at the court on March 19 at 10am following the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
