A SENSORY room at Fernheath Play in Bournemouth has been refurbished thanks to donations from JP Morgan and Bournemouth and Dorset councils.

The work was carried out by Sign It, a Poole-based form which employs disabled adults.

“Without the contributions we would not have been able to do the work required,” said Fernheath Play founder Paddy Williamson. “It has an enormous amount of use by autistic children, particularly at the weekends “We cater for disabled children as well as able-bodied so it was great to see the work undertaken by a company who care as passionately about the disadvantaged as we do and they did such an excellent job for us.”
