TWO crews of fire fighters attended a garage fire in Oakdale this morning, which is believed to have been started maliciously.
A call was made to emergency services at around 5.10am, leading to two appliances being called to attend from Poole Fire Station, to the property on Dale Valley Road.
Fire fighters found that the garage was well alight and used two sets of breathing apparatus and a main line to extinguish the fire, which is thought to have been caused by malicious ignition.
Dorset Police officers also attended the scene, following a call made to them at 5.20am, and carried out a preliminary search, before leaving the scene.
