KEEN cyclists and fitness fanatics can sign up to the 2014 Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride.
Registration is now underway for the 2014 event, which is the 26th annual ride.
It will take place on Sunday, July 6 starting from Corfe Mullen.
This year’s event offers five circular courses, the 25-mile ride through Charborough Park, the 38, 48, and 60-mile rides and of course the challenging Macmillan Dorset 100 miles. Cyclists are being encouraged to enter early online and reserve their 2014 cycling jersey at macmillanbikeride.co.uk
Peter Smith-Nicholls, volunteer ride organiser said: “Every day 13 people in Dorset hear the news that they have cancer, and there are already more than 30,000 people in Dorset living with cancer.
“As treatments improve, the total number of people living with cancer in Dorset will almost double by 2030. Join Macmillan on the first Sunday of July and help support this growing urgent need in Dorset.”
