Organisers of the Hotel and Catering Show, which is taking place at the Bournemouth International Centre on March 11 and March 12, have confirmed dates for the 2015 event – a highlight in the catering and hospitality industry calendar.

Pulling together the latest product launches, innovations and techniques, the event is the South’s most eagerly-anticipated food service and hospitality trade show.

The 2013 show saw a 23 per cent increase in trade visitors and an 18 per cent increase in exhibitor numbers.

This year is expected to attract even more visitors with new features including ‘Liquid’ – an interactive tasting arena and the Source Producers Market, which will showcase the products of small, independent, regional producers.

Returning for another year, The Staff Canteen brings the acclaimed online chefs platform into the live environment and Chef’s Kitchen – a pop-up kitchen – will be brought to the show by the Craft Guild of Chefs.

The Hotel and Catering Show is a trade-only show that will bring more than 120 exhibitors to the BIC.

Next year’s dates at the same venue have been set as March 16 to March 18, 2015.
