GUESTS at a networking event learned about leadership and how to improve their public speaking.
Bsasepoint Bournemouth held its first Networking Hub for businesses across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Ferndown.
Anne Symes of Quay Development Coaching gave a presentation on the importance of strong leadership within business and how it affects productivity and profitability. Dee Clayton of Simply Amazing Training followed with advice on ‘how to tackle your public speaking monkeys’ and how to deliver your most impressive presentation and business pitch.
Karl Fuller, centre manager at Basepoint Bournemouth, said: “There was a great turnout at our first Networking Hub of 2014.
“We welcomed lots of new faces, as well as returning guests.”
Basepoint Bournemouth, based at Aviation Business Park, provides managed office and light industrial units.
