KEVIN JAMES AARON CAHILLANE aged 47 of no fixed abode. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in St Swithun’s Road. Fined £50. To pay victim surcharge of £20.

GEORGE MICHAEL ROGERS aged 24 of no fixed abode. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Dorset Magistrates Court on January 11, 2013, by failing to report as directed on December 16 and December 12. Also admits the commission of further offences during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Magistrates Court, namely for the offences of theft (x2), fail bail (x2) and threatening words/behaviour. No adjudication, dealt with original offence. Also failing to surrender to custody on December 31 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Also proved in absence of assaulting a man by beating him. Committed to prison for four months forthwith. Also proved in absence of a further assault on a man by beating him.
