Community order made. The defendant required to participate in Education, Training and Employment for 12 days. Not to enter Tribbecks Jewellers or Vision Express, Salisbury for 12 months. The defendant also required to carry out unpaid work for 130 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation totalling £1,545.

LEE MARTIN VICKERY aged 35 of Kimmeridge Avenue, Poole. Admits driving a Vauxhall on Rossmore Road without due care and attention. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Costs of £85.
