POLICE have appealed for help in tracing this man after the theft of hundreds of pounds worth of hair products and honey from a health store in Wimborne.

Two men targeted Holland and Barrett in The Square with one distracting staff while the other stole the "high-value" items.

A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Two men entered the store and one proceeded to distract a member of staff. While this was happening, the other man stole hair products and a jar of honey."

The offence took place at 2.10pm on Monday November 25 and PC Ian Curtis has urged anyone who recognises the man pictured to contact them on 101 or the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.

He said: "I would urge the man pictured – and anyone who recognises him – to contact me, in confidence, as soon as possible."

Information about the crime has only just been released by officers.
