There's heavy traffic on the Spur Road after a collision between the Cooper Dean flyover and the Blackwater junction closed one lane northbound.

Bournemouth Echo:


One lane is closed on the A338 northbound due to an accident involving two cars at the Cooper Dean roundabout.

An ice rink operator who was in talks to build an Olympic-sized rink at King’s Park said they pulled out when faced with competition from AFC Bournemouth.

Two crashes have taken place on Poole Road in Lytchett Matravers this morning, occuring within 20 minutes of each other.

Police officers are on the scene of both incidents.

Experts are still trying to establish why Bournemouth’s Iford Bridge mobile home park was flooded so quickly and so dramatically at Christmas.

There has been a three-vehicle accident on the A350 Poole Road between the Roundhouse Roundabout and the A35 / B3068 Blandford Road North.


Our traffic feed is reporting Ringwood Road in Ferndown is partially blocked due to an accident involving a motorbike near the Angel Inn.

Police are believed to be on the scene.



A teenage girl has been involved in a collision with a car at Cooper Dean this morning.
