I know this has been pointed out on numerous occasions by others albeit those at Echo Towers appear to be unable to grasp the principal but.. You can't COLLIDE with a wall - it's a fixed and inanimate object! Pretty basic stuff one would have thought for those paid to write for a living..

I live on Walpole Road, and way too many drivers speed along here... its not the M4! It was a silver van (type surfers use) but I could not see much cause of the trees in the way! Then again many drug users and heavy drinkers in this road and surrounding roads, so could be anything.

I suspect the wall wasn't wearing hi viz clothing. How can you expect drivers to see a wall if it isn't covered in luminous yellow stuff?

The wall jumped out in front of the van colliding with it...

Anything can happen over there.

It was aIt was definitely a black van embedded in the wall when l drove past at 5.59pm & on the return journey at 6.05pm it was still a black van embedded in the wall. My wife will verify the colour. The silver van was parked around the corner.

Lend me your car for 5 minutes and let me demonstrate to you how it can collide with a wall.
