Appeal for information after man is allegedly attacked and robbed in Christchurch

A MAN is alleged to have been assaulted and had his mobile phone stolen in a robbery in Christchurch last Saturday.

The victim, a local man in his 20s, was in Hunt Road, Somerford, when the incident occurred between 3-4pm. Two men from Christchurch, aged 18 and 21, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

They have been released on bail until the end of January, pending further enquiries.
