FOUR cars have been involved in two separate collisions this evening during the busy rush hour along Dorset Way in Poole.

There are reported delays of up to an hour following the collisions, causing congestion to Mannings Heath roundabout and beyond.

The road is now fully open but motorists have been told to avoid the area due to severe delays.

A call was made to Dorset Police at 3.54pm to reports of a road traffic collision in lane two of the east-bound carriageway, by the slip road leading to Oakdale, close to the Co-Op store.

@Bournemouthecho From my office window I can see that Yarrow Road is gridlocked in both directions as is the slip road from Frankie&Bennys.
