A MAN has been taken to hospital following a a two-vehicle crash in Almer this morning.

A silver Nissan Primera and and blue Vauxhall Amiga collided on the B3075 near Charborough Lodge at 8am today.

The road was closed for around four hours while officers waited for the local authority to clear the road.

Both vehicles had to be recovered.

A Dorset Police spokesperson said there was "no indication" that the crash had resulted in serious injuries yet, adding: "One man has been taken to hospital, and officers will make further enquiries into his welfare."
