Man injured on scaffolding at Sunseeker in Poole
PARAMEDICS are treating a man who is believed to have been injured after becoming trapped on scaffolding at Sunseeker in Poole.
Two fire engines and two technical rope rescue teams attended the incident in Newquay Road at 12.10pm today to rescue the victim.
It is believed the person was stranded around 20 feet up on the structure when they suffered the injury.
A Dorset Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “One casualty is being treated by paramedics.
“Our firefighters are assisting by stabilising the casualty at this time.”
It is believed the victim walked into a pipe, knocking out some teeth.
