Rush-hour misery for motorists on slow roads
5:35pm Thursday 5th September 2013 in News
MOTORISTS are facing rush-hour misery following two separate crashes on the roads this evening.
There are queues on the A338 southbound after an earlier crash.
Motorists are queuing southbound near to the Blackwater Junction after the single-vehicle collision, which involved a silver BMW convertible at 4.55pm this afternoon.
No one was injured in the crash.
However, many have faced tailbacks leading back to the Ashley Heath roundabout as a result.
One lane was closed for around 100 metres, and a recovery vehicle is on its way, a spokesperson from Dorset Police said.
In the second incident, a broken-down lorry on the A31 Poulner Hill eastbound caused problems.
The lorry blocked one lane close to Picket Post services.
